Baby Bottle Campaign
The brothers of St Brendan's Knights of Columbus Council #12942 would like to thank the parish family of St Brendan's for their generosity during our first ever Baby Bottle Campaign. A total of $5,141.16 was raised as a result of your Charity - the first tenet of the Knights. As a result we were able to provide a much needed financial contribution to Whispering Hope, a crisis pregnancy center here in Cumming. During a visit with the wonderful staff there we learned that through the use of a new ultrasound machine, they now have a 98% success rate in pregnant mothers deciding NOT to terminate a pregnancy. Your generosity will allow them to continue a much needed service to the larger community. Thank you & Vivat Jesu!

Congratulations to our newly ordained Deacon, Ed Rubio.
Ed was ordained at a liturgy presided by Archbishop Wilton D Gregory on Saturday February 7th.
Deacon Ed was welcomed by the St Brendan's community at the 11:00AM Mass on Sunday February 15th with the Knight's Honor Guard in attendance.

March 20, 2006 - Kat Doyle wrote the Knight's a very nice congratulatory letter concerning the 2006 Cardboard Box City we help chaperone.
