Dear Brother Knights,
Annually, Supreme requests all Councils to complete a ‘Annual Survey of Fraternal Activity’. In order to do this, I am requesting anyone who has participated in any of the commitments listed below to complete the information and return to me no later than January 20, 2012. We need to make this as accurate as possible, therefore I am asking for your assistance. Most of you have already provided me with the number of hours worked at the Yard Sale, the Fish Fries and the Pancake breakfast. I have these numbers so it will not be necessary for you to give them to me again. If there are any other functions you participated in below, please provide them to me.
